Pixar’s Brave.  Bows.  Arrows.  Celtic-ness.  Pretty much everything I love when I hit RenFest, all in one tidy, beautifully drawn Pixar package.  If you haven’t seen the new trailer yet, you should get a good look.  A story about a girl who wants to take charge of her own destiny sounds like a great power-grrrrl role model for the 21st Century.  Plus, she’s a redhead.  Fine, so I’ve always wanted red hair.  But red hair is awesome, you know it is.

Brave features the voices of Kelly Macdonald, Billy Connolly, Emma Thompson, Robbie Coltrane and Craig Ferguson.  It’ll be hitting the bullseye June 22nd.
